Yes...in their own mind. You get rid of it by realizing you are worth whatever blessings you receive, and change from feeling guilty about receiving financial gain. Read 2 books, called "the courage to be rich" and "the magic of getting what you want" and you will overcome your subconcious mind that is sabotaging your efforts.

It is possible to have a spell cast against you, even a negativity spell placed against you. But it is unlikely. In these circumstances, there is a "Harm none - 3 fold Law." Once someone sends a negative or ugly thing your way, they better watch out! They will have the same thing, but worse, sent their way 3 times over, 3 times worse than they ever imagined.
Only the most novice of people would undertake something as dangerous as this, and it would most likely backfire on them, not you.
I wouldn't worry. If someone is doing this to you, it is obvious they don't know what they are doing, so your positive energy will far outweigh any negative energy they can muster up.
