hey!!!! stop encouraging women to wear clothes, you fool.
the trick is to say we're not looking, when really we are.
that way...women keep trying to get our attention by taking off more clothes.
the plan is to have women everywhere walkng around naked every second day. we'll get there too.
just stop asking questions like that. :)

To tell the truth i am a rather modest dresser. And if i do go crazy and wear something revealing, then it is either to make my mom mad at me (mua ha ha!), to get a PARTICULAR guy to notice me or to make a PARTICULAR girl jealous. but i do agree with what u said "If women want men to stop staring at their boobs, shouldn't they stop leaving them partially uncovered?" but what other people are thinking, well, i cant help u there. =0)

I don't wear tight clothes and things like that, but I do like to wear low cut shirts and tops. Staring is rude and childish. Men stare at my breast all the time and, it's insulting. Why can't I wear a beautiful shirt without being gawked at?
If you want to stare at a womans breast, do it in private with a playboy magazine or something, not while we're out trying to do our day to day routine.
I like men to notice me sometimes and compliment me on my outfit, but staring at my chest is just down right rude. I have large breasts and even if I do cover them up with a high cut shirt, their still there and visible.
I guess it really depends on the clothes and the woman. If she is all skanky and wearing a mesh top and a micro skirt then she wants you to look.

I wear things like that when I just want to feel more appealing and attractive.
Women want to also feel appreciated, like a work of fine art. Admired.
That's different then just being looked at. They want to be admired. Not that they are better, there only equal. But they bring joy and beauty to the world.
Also, they gotta show a bit of what's available. A taste of coming attractions.
If a person likes what they see, they might offer to make a date with the lady.
No, I don't think it is about just being looked at.

Depends how unreasonable their clothes are, and the context. If some girl is just walking down the street in the middle of the day, wearing some of the sk.a.n.kiest clothes ever, yes she wants you to look. If I'm going out to a club with my girlfriends, and I'm wearing a low cut shirt and tight pants.......well, so is everyone else! As someone who works out six days a week, and watches what she eats, it is nice to be able to go out to a club and wear sexy clothes, feel good about yourself, and feel like you are doing something with your hard work. However, day to day, I dress in work clothes (dress shirts, slacks, etc.) or jeans and t-shirts (and not the super tight ones that say things like "SEXY".).

Yes and No. Sometimes women wear things like that because it makes them feel good about how they look FOR themselves. But yes, there are some women that do it for attention from the opposite sex.

They do want to be looked at, but not by men only. It's like a guy who gets all the girls - he loves it and he loves feelig superior to other guys. He loves the game. Looking good (or thinking you do) does lift your spirits. For some it's just being daring or a little naughty.

Very true. You where cute, short things so people will notice you... it's when a chick gets dog calls or gawks that it becomes irritating.
But you wanted the attention, don't be upset that you got some extra attention you didn't want. That's how I see it!

You know, looking sexy makes us feel better about ourselves. That, and sometimes your clothes shrink in the wash and you can't afford to buy new ones that fit better. Just be a little more discreet about staring, okay? No one likes to feel like a piece of meat.
