All of them. However, if there are too many it gets a little crowded and therefore difficult to see and count. In an animal like the fruit fly there are only 8 chromosomes and all of them can be seen relatively easily. When you get into the larger numbers it becomes more difficult to see them all. There is a technique used to separate chromosomes called "karyotyping."

depends on what type of living cells beacuse each species/organisms have differnet number of chromosomes and u can see clearly the chromosomes at the first stage of mitosis as it condense and become clearly being see but dude if u are very curious to know how much u want to the number put ur sample under microscope than count

It depends on what organism you are talking about because different organisms have different numbers of chormosomes. For example, the human somatic cell conatins 46 chormosomes.
