Has anyone lost weight before conceiving and if so how did you do it without crash dieting.

I have only 3 months to lose as much weight as possible without losing necessary nutrients needed during pregnancy.

I joined Weight Watchers. I worked out for at least one hour (mostly if not all cardio) at least 3-4 days per week. I didn't eat after 7pm. I ate 1/3 of my plate of food, waited 20 minutes and ate the rest (I was an "eataholic..." needed something!) and that helped me feel more satisfied. I snacked on healthy snacks: Weight Watchers "Fruitees," almonds, apples, bananas, etc.. I prayed a lot, I used visualization and had a partner: my sister who also wanted to loose some weight. Be sure you get ample (increased!) amounts of calcium and protein...I'm SURE that increased my fertility. I used Source of Life Liquid vitamins for energy and health and also VitaStrand before, during and after my pregnancy. These vitamins are BETTER than a prenatal vitamin.
