I'm 25 weeks now, but I've felt light BH contractions a couple of times a day for about 4 weeks. At first I dismissed them as me moving the wrong way or something, but I'm pretty sure they are BH contractions. Of course they aren't painful or debilitating. This is my 3rd pregnancy so I know what they feel like. Is this normal?

It is perfectly normal. You are feeling them sooner because this is not your first pregnancy.

I have had them since about 18 weeks and called my doctor freaking out, but he said it was all normal and that I felt them early because my uterus is already stretched out and with second and subsequent pregnancies you often feel things earlier.

Yes, I started having mine around then. My Dr said it was normal, especially since its your 3rd pregnancy... they start sooner.
