Answer is 7 1/2 ounces.

Day 1: Feed 2 1/2 ounces.
Day 7: Feed another 2 1/2 ounces
Day 13: Feed another 2 1/2 ounces
Day 19....

If you want to do it mathematically:

2 1/2 x 3 = 5/2 x 3 = 15/2 = 14/2 + 1/2 = 7 + 1/2 = 7 1/2

I'd say 7 1/2 ounces. 2.5 on the first day, 2.5 on the seventh day (5 total), 2.5 on the 13th day (7.5 total)... and then the next feeding would be on the 19th day, which is outside the 18 day limit. So its 18/6 x 2 1/2 (total days divided by days in feeding schedule, multiplied by the amount of food fed). 7 1/2 ounces.

2 1/2 x 18/6 = 5/2 x 3/1 = 15/2 = 7 1/2
