Is the human race becoming dumber. Do you think we sould resort ot selective-breeding and euthanasia? If you don't know what it means... look it up, you should be euthanized. Is Eugenics the answer to speeding up evolution for humans... Whites did this to African Slaves...

Ok here's something, in case you hadn't noticed the Eugenics Movement died for obvious reasons. With all the corruption going on today who could we trust to be as objective as possible about which people would be allowed to mate and which ones would not? While I agree with you that it seems as though people are getting dumber; my solution to the problem would be extensive education and testing requiring a diploma before anyone could decide to become parents. Children learn more from their home environment in the first 2 years of life than at any other time. So of course we can't in all honesty place all the blame on the school systems. I believe that too many parents today are either too busy trying to make enough money to stay afloat, or, the parents are too busy with their careers to be bothered about all the work that goes into the rearing and education (morally, ethically, and schooling) of the children they seem to pop out like muffins. So they throw material goods at the kids in the hope that they will go away and leave them alone so they can have more time to devote either to themselves or to their careers. Something has now been said.

I think it's good and bad... no one would except it because it has a brutal history like the Nazis and Slavery... We humans have done this to animals and the animalization of human beings seems to be the new thing to believe... we evolved from apes. So it techniquely could be exceptable but it would never be excepted because we live in a Republic where you have individual rights like the pursuit of life liberty and happiness.
Only way it would work is if the Human race was in danger of extinction where we'd need to speed up the proccess with genetic engineering and eugenics would play a minor role.

The rockefeller institute was created for this reason only they also wanted to get rid of the irish and the italians...as lesser human beings...it is a slippery slope my dear...you may find yourself on the wrong side of the list.Let`s not even talk about hitler. Even walt disney made a movie about getting rid of the disabled....
