You can tip the paperboy, but if you want to give something to the mailman, I think you should make it non-monetary like chocolates or something of that sort. :)

yea you can tip the mailman but the newspaper delivery? the mailman will be on foot at the mailbox but the news boys? they swing the paper out the window so i guess if you have good aim you can swing in the tip.
