When i fill my tank and after i have been riding my motorcycle smells like gasoline. I traced the leak to the gas tank and to shor noby things it is leaking frm the left noby thing (when in riding position). After the fuel level goes down it stops leaing. Am i over filling my motorcycle?

your tank has a hole in it. you aren't over filling, the tank should be totally sealed. take it to a pro or take tank off and find hole and fill with a tank safe epoxy, the package will say if it can be used on gas tanks or not. ( I recommend the professional)

There is a seal on the noby thing (on - off - reserve) of the "petcock" (petcock is the component that you turn for fuel tank operation). The petcock also has a seal that seals it to the fuel tank. If either of these seals are leaking, you will smell fuel fumes. Change the petcock as a unit (don't try to rebuild the old one) and change the seal to the fuel tank.

If you have been stunting (or trying to) orbike has been 'dropped' the gas tank is probably distorted. When you fill up the extra pressure is causing leak. You need to get it fixed, probably safest thing to do is bite the bullet and take it to a decent Kawasaki dealers

Uhhhh...yeah. Sounds like a hole or a bad seal to me. Probably located in the upper half of your tank.

I agree with the other posters, and emphasize that you need to get this fixed NOW. You don't want to be part of a "Final Destination in real life" scenario. Be cheap, get crispy.
