Havign a swollen ovary while pregnant?

What does the doctor mean when he tells me i have a swollen ovary??
Is it a bad thing? something we have to look into?

I am very surprised he didn't elaborate on the situation, or that you didn't get more details. It could be a cyst and might just dissolve all by itself, i'm not for sure. Maybe you could just call his nurse and talk to her about it?
