How come I cant play on Socom FTB 2 whenever I ranked up to the one after Petty Officer 1st Class ?

I ranked up to the rank after petty officer first class I 4get what its called i think admiral but now I cant get in any server it always tells me its full and that I cant join and I've tried joining servers with 10 ppl and when I finally get into one and i try to join a game it always says its full and ranked games sometimes tell me I do not meet the requirements and gets stuck at joining game whats wrong ?? I've heard of this happening to other ppl to is there anyway to fix this ?

try making a new account or Ur just going into the wrong games.
