Is there a product out there that keeps a bottle chilled until its ready to use and then heats it up when needed ? I read about it somewhere but I can't find an exact product matching this description

I use the first years. It has a cooler in the back and warmer in the front of it. I like it because I use the wide avent bottles and the ventaire so its universal to all bottles. also can be used for baby food. it does a good job and for 29.99 it was worth it. nice to carry upstairs so that we didnt have to make middle of the night trips down for bottles. good luck :)

You can buy thermo bottle carrier which holds 2 bottles warm milk up before you leave the house and put in therno bottle holder it will keep it warm for a cuopple of hours or if you want you can keep 1 warm and a cold drink my mother bought me one from kmart or target when i had my daughter and it was great i think it was under $20

The first years makes one that does that but quite honestly its a waste of money. Get one of those small formula containers to hold the powder and bring a room temp bottle of water and just mix when ready.

If you get the baby used to warm bottles, and your warmer breaks or yuou forgot it at home, you will have one very hard time getting that baby to drink it cold/luke warm.

If you are breastfeeding/pumping just bring it in a cooler and run under warm water when u need it.

and please never microwave formula or breastmilk as it can cause hot spots and burn your child.

you can buy it at walmart or babies r us, but it is a waste of money, bottle warmers won't warm the bottle up. I had a travel one and a normal on the counter one, they both were expensive and never warmed the bottle up. Never nuke the babies bottle, it'll lose the nutrients and your baby will want to eat more when he or she shouldn't. your baby needs vitamins and nutrients so give her room temperature bottles. In the bottle have water in it when you are traveling, and then administer the formula, and presto, viola, loving formula!

Yes. We got ours as a target.com gift registry gift. It is by "the first years." My husband is totally addicted. It has a tiny "cooler" in the back (you add water) and a warmer in front (you add water only when you need to warm the bottle, press a button and it is like MICROWAVE FAST! --steamed heat in case you're wondering HOW!) Love it. When its my turn to feed my milk just always happens to be fresh and body temp. LOL - I nurse the baby! I think you are thinking of a Playtex Bottle, but I'm not 100% on that.
