yes, the backdating of stock options is a big scandal.
CEOs were backdating their stock options to up their compensation. it was discovered. many of them were doing it.

Look at ENRON and all the rest of the self-serving slime balls that padded their personal pocket with their decisions.

I was married to a CPA that was the tax manager for a BIG FOUR and learned a TON.

Perhaps you could look at the stock options deal and how it was manipulated to make the BL look better and pay key employees "Magic Money".

Look at google in the business section and disect the mergers that are taking place; there are a TON.

Tax season is almost upon us so look at that (HAH ETHICS)

Then you have the ETHICS of sending the SLIME BALLS to a federal prison to play tennis or golf for 40 years.

Be CREATIVE and THINK about the PROBLEM and NOT the assignment

Good Luck,
Jacques

On going age discrimination in this country/

Is it right when companies send jobs to other countries and lay off people who have spent over 20 years of their lives working for that company.

Many are just 2-3 years shy of retirement and can not find job due to their age. Most are 50+ years old, too young to retire and too old to start over.

WHat is more important...responsibility to the stockholder or the people who actually built the company.

What will this do to America long term as we create a new level of poor (the formerly working, now unemployable middle class) and strip this country of jobs?

Considering the announcements of various Democrats considering running for President, an ethics paper about Sen. John Kerry and his early military service, subsequent anti-military activism, and then his position on Iraq in 2001 and his position now.
