a) What is its acceleartion?
Its acceleration is 9.81m/s^2 because of the force of gravity on the book when on the earth.

b) What is its weight in newtons?
F=ma
f= (2.26kg)(9.81m/s^2)
F= 22kg * m/s^2

Anything wrong?
F=22N

A is right, it's kind of tricky becuase you might get confused with velocity!

B is also right, make sure you use MKS, which you did!
(MKS meaing Meters, Kilograms, and Seconds)
