The last time I did something that made me feel good was about 6 1/2 hours ago. I was driving home from my substitute teaching job, saw a man on the side of the road holding a sign that said "anything will help". I gave him a dollar: not a lot of money, but maybe it bought him a hamburger at McDonald's, or a bottle of cheap wine; but, I helped him, and I felt good.

a few days ago I went to a clothing store and saw this pair of pants I wanted. But, when I saw the size I said no, I have to come down first. Then a sales rep came to me and said they are the only ones left, get them. I told her what I felt and she insisted I try them on. They fit me perfectly and it was then that I realized I had dropped 2 1/2 pant sizes. And that the pants I was already wearing were indeed baggy around the waist and seat!! I WAS HAPPY!!

I changed my diet and am sticking to it despite the idiot remarks from a family member at thanksgiving."Oh, so you read it on the Internet so now that's what you have" Just because some doctor doesn't prescribe or diagnose you shouldn't mean that you can't isolate it without them.Besides when I had mentioned these things to my New doctor he just insisted I see a Psychiatrist instead.

I found a ladies purse at the mall. I wanted to give it back to her so I looked in her wallet and found her address. I drove over but no one was there so I came back later. She said she had been out looking for her purse. She was a little old lady on social security and when I handed her, her purse the look of gratitude on her face was priceless.

I adopted a dog from the animal shelter last week, I have given her a good home and showed her love and a family.
