Unless you get a rash or raw marks where it rubs, it's harmless. It's a matter of personal preference and what is comfortable to you. My wife wears one most nights, and she seems to be fine...

It depends how you feel. Like the girls say above, if you feel comfortable while sleeping with your bra, go on but I believe that it does not affect your health or anything. I don't wear a bra when I sleep. I feel that it's uncomfortable andit hurts. On the other hand, wear a bra during daily activities. It will keep your breats in shape.

It's not bad, it just won't make any difference in the long run. Eventually we all lose the battle against gravity no matter what we do. When you lay down, the boobs go sideways anyway, the bra is designed to hold them up, not contain them sideways, so it really isn't of any help when you sleep. I personally sleep without one, I think I'd find it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep with one on all the time. Same with sleeping in undies. Sometimes the body just needs a little air and freedom of movement. But I can't say your way is harmful. I don't think it's really common practice, but that doesn't make it abnormal either. Unusual maybe, but not weird or harmful to your health. Future bedfellows may find it a bit off putting, but I suppose you can cross that bridge when you arrive there.

It's not bad for you and if you are new to wearing a bra it can help you become adjusted to wearing one. I have heard that it can be good to wear a bra to sleep in as it helps keep gravity at bay...(myth or true not sure). But it can not hurt. So if you feel comfortable wearing it then wear it.

They told me not to wear a bra when sleep, I don't know the reason, but I feel more comfortable without it.

This was answered on the Tyra Show a while back. Said that wearing a bra to bed at night helped prevent sagging.

There's no reason to sleep with a bra. It's not normal.
Take it off when you sleep. Or enjoy sleeping in dirty underwear.

My Mom does the same thing! :) She's also a nurse and ALWAYS looking after my heath. She told me that some woman can't stand the wire and think it's really uncomortable to sleep woth it. But me personally, I can't feel it. I think it's a waste of time having to put back on in the morning (I hate the stupid hooks, never get them right!) :) So it's not bad for you. It depends on whether or not your comfortable.

well, its really up to what u consider comfortable.

but i did watch "WHATS GOOD FOR YOU",and they were saying that especially if u have big breasts, its good to have a supportive bra on all the time, coz it supports your breasts and makes them perky. if u have big breasts and dont wear a bra, it can slowly tear muscle and make ur breasts saggy. either way, its up to u.

eventually it's bad, because researches done in the past had shown that wearing bras for a long time will increase your chances of getting breast cancer
