because the weather here in fla is hot on week and cold the next im wondering if my goldfish will breed in the winter. the males all ready have there breeding bumps on their gills. and my female is full of eggs.

Oh yeah, it should be fine. Goldfish can live normally in temps as low as like 63F. Lower than that, and they will slow down but can still function (feed them less, though). Before 55F they should not be fed and will cease to function - they will go 'dormant', so to speak. But I can't imagine it'll get that cold :)
If you're worried about it, try investing in a heater. But I don't think it is necessary.

Don't forget goldfish are cold water fish. They thrive in coldier water. The gold fish family breeds when ever the time is right and by the sounds of it the time is right. Just give them time. If they are both ready they will mate.

they sure can, especially with the screwy weather we've been having lately!
make sure you have plenty of plants to hide the eggs
