the secret is to get some baked beans, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, curried eggs and a pint of Guinness all mixed together in a blender, drink it down and wait an hour or until you feel very flatulent, go outside and let your flatulence out in a slow steady flow and WA LA!!!! you will notice you will begin to levitate.

He stands slightly on an angle to the people looking. Then he slowly lifts himself up by going up on the toes of the foot furthest away from the people looking. He keeps his other foot as straight-looking as possible. If you're at the proper angle, you can't see that he's actually standing on the toes of ONE foot.

In the Chinese culture every one has Qi (pronounced chee) David Blaine has mastered his control over his Qi. Which is basically his energy . He can project his energy to levitate himself off the ground. It is very real. If you study Chinese history and culture his "magic" will make more sense.

if you look closely his pants are hemmed longer in the back and maybe he has one leg longer than the other?? i think one heel stays on the ground and then he lifts up his gimpy leg? lol
