In seventeen magazine there was a recpie for clear skin in it, what was it?

it had brown sugar and milk in it i think, what was the the recipe for the facial stuff? it is in the latest issue of seventeen

ok it says:
mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tbsp milk until they form a paste.,
rub the mixture gently on your face for 1 min. wash off with warm water.

did it include oatmeal and syrup.
