I don't think this was right. Obviously, the older brother wanted to start a fight with you.

If you report it to the board of education, which might be a good idea, then don't mention that you called anyone a hooker. I'm sure you were just joking with her and you didn't deserve to have some bully come up to you.

In your letter to the school board, say you were suspended and ever since that point, you have been treated poorly by the faculty and principal. You want a new start and are sorry for your previous actions, but don't feel like you have a fair shot. Say the principal frequently comes to your classes and makes a show of pointing out your previous mistake to your classmates and it embarrasses you.

No the principal is not out to get you. Most schools have no tolerance for violence of any kind and the fact that you hit the kid first was enough to get you suspended. And even if you were the one getting hit - if you hit back you would have still gotten suspended.

Next time don't be a jerk and call a girl a hooker as that is just cruel for no reason. The more of a bully you are the more you will get in trouble - so maybe start behaving and the principal will respect you more.

Fighting = suspension. That is the rule everywhere, and name calling is abusive - next time just tell her to go away. You need to learn better ways to express yourself - name calling and fighting are why the principal has "flagged" you as "trouble" and the Board of Education will agree. If you want to set it straight cool your jets and think before you act. If you need an outlet try sports or join a boxing club. My kid brother had a lot of conflicts then joined the boxing league and it worked. People knew he could kick it and he had a way to let out his aggression so he was calmer. Try to find a better outlet for your frustration and you will get in less trouble at school. Good Luck!

you know what the school board is going to say to you??? they'll say, well did you say that she was a hooker?" and you'll say yes. Then they'll ask you did you push the brother first? and you'll say yes, all the brother was trying to do was to protect his sister. You would too if you were in the same situation. you could've dealt with the situation without physical violence. you could've just talked it out. Now if the brother pushed you first, you wouldn't be in this situation now would ya?? In the end just remember if you pick a fight with someone, at least make it worth more than calling someone a hooker.

Well for one, most schools have a zero fighting tolerance rule,
but you do have a point on how your principal is acting like that.
You shouldnt say she's trying to get you out of school, but simply tell the school board the truth, that she warns your teachers, and suspends you over the weirdest things that you feel arent fair.
If they think you're on to something, have your schoolmates sign a petition! Make a statement, stand up for what you believe in! If you need any help, email me!

where I am if figting is involved both people get suspended regardless of who started it or how it started. We have a zero tolerance policy. You should never call a girl a hooker, even if she is one, it offends. All that aside, if you truly think the pricipal is singling you out, make a formal complaint

Omg! My principle was the same way. I was the first one to get suspened in the entire school and from that day on she just considered my a trouble maker. I was suspended 12 times last year. If you get in trouble at the beginning of the school year they will look down on you until you stop going there. I was always fighting people who ran their mouths and eventually my mom got tired of it and im homeschooled now. You should consider being homeschooled. You don't have to put up with that ***** of a principle anymore or that girl and her brother! Hope i helped!

I think the principle is justified in giving you a suspension.

YOU chose to call her a hooker. Whether you meant it nor not, you still said it when you could have just ignored her like the other times.

YOU pushed first. You could have walked away, and you didn't. He may have come looking for a fight, but you started it.

I read your question twice to make sure I understood it correctly.
Seems the brother of the girl YOU offended came to ask you a question and as you said "you pushed him" I would have suspended you also. Physical violence cannot be tolerated in school. What were you thinking talking to a female that way. Maybe she does like you. You had no reason to hurt her feelings that way. Use this as a learning experience.

I dont see how you can call a girl a hooker when you consider cheating on your girlfriend so you can impregnate the rest of the world's female population and fill the world with a country's world of illegitimate offspring.
i really hope you are just having a joke w. these stories because if not, you are one deranged ******
