I HAVE JUST CUT MY HAND WIDE OPEN AND I AM BLEEDING REALLY HARD!!! I am alone and can't calm down, what do I do!??!?!?!?!?? I don't have any phones or electricity in my house and I don't have anyone around to help me!! PLEASE, I HAVE NO MONEY OR INSURANCE, what can I use by myself to stitch it up or hold the skin together!!?? Hurry!

Gnaw off your arm and then burn it with a lighter. Then be for you pass out you can eat the meat off your hand.

There are three tiers of care relating to stopping bleeding. First you apply direct pressure. Put a cloth directly on the wound and press until the bleeding stops.
If the bleeding is too heavy, trace the blood vessel up to your wrist and apply pressure there to slow the bleeding before the blood gets to your injury.
A tourniquet is a drastic solution; it involves tying something around the arm and tightening it until no blood at all gets through. This is only for use in situations in which a person will most likely die if bleeding isn't stopped immediately. The problem with a tourniquet is that if it isn't removed by a doctor within hours, the entire limb will be dead and will need to be amputated.
Performing surgery at home, even a simple stitching job, is never advisable. Infections will probably get you and can kill you just as surely as bleeding.
Perhaps you don't need medical care at all, though. You type remarkably well for someone with a serious hand injury. Perhaps you should just let it be and move on with your life.

The word stupid says a lot in your situation doesnt it. Why would you be in a house with no phones? The electric part is bullshit because your using a computer. I guess what you could do is cauterize the wound with an iron. But since you have no electricity then you wont be getting this message.

Lay on the floor and start counting from 100 backwards. If you reach the number 1, then crawl out the front door. That will be a sign you are still alive. If you don't make it to the number 1, you are dead and it won't matter.

Wrap it in a cloth of some sort to stop the bleeding, then take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.

Wrap your hand tightly with a towel and go someplace to use a phone or have someone drive you to the urgent care.

quick get a knife and cut your wrist really deep that way the blood will flow out the cut in your wrist and not so bad out of your hand. then go to bed it will be better in the morning.

well my friend it is a miracle..yes a miracle...if you do not have electricity and youre on the computer...god bless your computer...and quit typing maybe thatll help stop the blood flow...go to sleep or something youll forget about it in the morning...

call 911, go to the neighbors house, I have heard of ppl using thread and needles, but don't qoute me on that. You need medical attention. You need to go to the hospital!
