Long trousers that flare or slightly flare at the bottom, if you can wear heels. A line skirts and dresses preferably in thicker fabrics.
Wear darker colours on your bottom half. Good Luck!

I have the same problem! I have found that low rise jeans, and shorter shirts bring attention to them... If I bought taller pants (not like gramma pants, but you know) and wear longer shirts my hips don't look as big. Also, wide leg pants are hip friendly too!Dress pants with wider legs all the way down (not super wide!) look good and hide hips. Also button up shirts left untucked, and blazers - together or separate. Skirts that are more flare. Heels always make the legs appear longer and slimmer. But I would have to say, my favorite is my dress pants (I wear Worthington - Marylin fit) and heels with a blazer.. They hide hips well! Good luck!
If you find any other good tips let me know!!! :)

Light jeans with pockets. The pockets are to distract from large hips and make them look great! Or you can wear knee length skirts is colors (not jean skirts)If you wear the jean skirts it might help to use leggings. Also wear some cute belts that go with jeans. Another thing that you should buy is some longer shirts that make your hips look slimmer. All of the above things I hope will help you!

I"m not sure how big you are or what size you wear, but if you are aound 14-16ish Lane Bryant has these fabulous Jeans that fit low on your hips and flare from the knee down. They go for about $40 in stores or less in the outlets. They also have several different styles for all different body types so I would reccomend checking it out.

I've often heard that what ever you don't want to draw attention to you should do something to distract from it. For example, wearing a print (size of print can matter too) instead of a solid; wearing colors, a design, or accessories that draw the eye away; and paying attention to where a shirt may stop at at the waist might can help as well.

There is a shaper undie for ladies. Quite expensive.
The shaper undie is 3/4 long when you wore, is above the knee level. The functions are:
1. fats burning
2. lifting sagging butt
3. squeezing the butt tight
4. It slims down butt to less than 2 size.
It amazing. But pretty expensive leh.
