I'm sorry for your loss. On average there are more deaths caused by suicide around this time of year due to high levels of stress. Now with that said, this time is tougher on you than most because of your loss. Your brother probably loved you soooo much and hopefully the healing time will begin for you soon.

Prayers for you and your brother!

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Delilah, yes this will be an emotional first Christmas for you without your brother. This will continue for at least another 6 months as you experience every holiday and special day without him. Next year you will be able to remember him without so much sadness. Each year you will be able to find comfort in remembering special things about him and what the two of you did together and meant to one another. I am writing this to you because I want you to know that it will get easier, and you will always have the memories of him to think about to get you through the hard times when you miss him the most. Sorry about the loss of your beloved brother. My best.

Yes sweetie I'm always more sentimental and melancholy this time of year . I am really sorry about your brother . I can't say that I know how you feel as I haven't lost a brother yet , but I have lost my Dad . Time makes it easier to deal with ,and when you stop and think of all the good times and silly things you did together you will just understand how lucky you were to have him in your life while you did . That seems to help me and I was the biggest Daddy's girl ever .

I think everyone that has ever lost someone feels this way this time of year. The holidays are tough enough when things are going good. I am so sorry for your lose. I would try to be around friends, and just talk about the good times you had together.Try not to be alone. It will just make you sadder. Give some of your love to someone that doesn't have any one to celebrate with. It will make you feel better to help someone else. The joy you give them will rub off and you will both feel better. God Bless you. always.

I'm so sorry for your loss. May God bless and comfort you during this time of year. Try to remember that your brother wouldn't want you to spend the holidays all depressed and sad, that life is short, so enjoy it to the fullest.

So sorry to hear about your brother. Please read John 5:28 and 29 as well as Acts 24:15. I think you will be encouraged.
