Destro (Arms Dealer/ Terrorist)
FireFly (Saboteur/ Terrorist)
Monkey Wrench (Drednok Explosive Specialist)
Storm shadow (Ninja)
Zartan (Drednok leader/ Infiltration)
Zarana (Drednok/ Infiltration)
-Cobra troopers and B.A.T.s [Battle Android Troopers] but they don't actually need actors.

I say use the action figures and stop motion photography. Why pay actors to act, the make-up and hair dressers when you can use the action figures and some voice actors?
