A young man in Texas has just been found guilty of 30 counts of causing death. He had a tractor/trailer full of illegals he was transporting to this country. I believe there were more then 58 people in that trailer with no food, water or air. You could see where the people were clawing at the walls & doors to get out. 30 people died. There are 14 other people involved but he was charged with murder because he was the driver. They are now deciding if HE should live or die. The defence is planning to call 20 people to testify about how good a person he is. Should He give up his life Or should he get life?

HE should die, but here is a bigger question here, if this guy can cross the border with a poad of illegals, what is el quada preventing from building a dirty bomb or worse into a 18 wheeler and drive that right over the border.

An eye for an eye. They need to do the same thing to this bloke. He may have been desperate or something for the money for doing it but there is always a better solution than killing 30 people. If he felt the horror etc they felt then he might know life.

It will be up to that jury. Personally myself if I were on the jury I would have to sentence him to death. He left those illegals in that trailer to die.

You know what they do in science - repeat 3 times and take the average, and see if he's still guilty.
