what type of reaction does it say it should be?

Most likely double replacment. Ok ill show you how to do it

In a double replacment reaction, an element from each side of the equation is going to replace the other one.
So, say you have AB + CD, it would equal --->> AC + BD

So,

H3PO4 + Ca(OH)2 -----> Ca(Po4)2 + H2O

now we need to ballance:

2 H3PO4 + 3 Ca(OH)2 --> Ca3(PO4)2 + 3 H2O
