Live your own life.

How much do you know about yourself that you go and analyze others? I say this because I have analyzed people for a very long time and I am trying to give up that habit: did me no good -- if you ask me.

Stick to analyzing your own behavior. It should help you make some very positive changes in yourself.

Or you could keep doing what you want to do and write a book some day ;)
(this answer is just about giving you another perspective on your behavior. I liked the one from Oobilly too. Generally if you have a habit you can't get rid of, put it to good use ;) )

What you are doing is an excellent exercise for writing, painting or sculpting. If you want to write, I suggest you take what you have learned and develop character studies. Just start with some simple action and describe the character using what you have learned about body language and verbal language. It ought to be fun. Do a few of these, then build a short story around the characters. Their traits will dictate where the story goes, you won't have to. Remember to give each one a name. I write short stories and my characters will not respond to my nudges unless they have names.

What i suggest you do is watch movies or read chats on IRC or facebook or myspace, that should help you.
