Stress can do all kinds of weird stuff to your body. I'm five weeks pregnant and I got cramps and cravings around the time I would have had my period. Stress can definitly cause you to miss your period, but the cramp part I'm not so sure about.

Depends. . .

When I miss my period due to stress, I miss it completely, with no cramping or anything. Some do have the cramping, but nothing else. It is all individual.

If you think you are pregnant, get an ept and find out. That is the best thing to do, or you will cause yourself more stress wondering. . .

It is possible. You're period might be delayed. Stress doesn't actually effect when you start bleeding, but it can effect when you ovulate -- which would eventually effect your period start date. Does that make sense?
