Nothing is wrong, some girls are fully developed and don't start until they're 18! Another note, breast size has nothing to do with it. You may have heard this several times but trust me, after a year of periods you'll wish you didn't have them, why do you think they're trying to make a pill to stop monthly periods and turn them into quarterly periods? All you can do is wait, if it really bothers you see a family doctor. Stop waiting for it and just live life.

Not all women start at the same age. If you havne't gotten your period by time you are 16 then you may consider seeing the doc. You mention that you have had discharge though so if that is a problem you may want to get the discharge checked out to be sure you don't have an infection going on.

Honestly, why are you tired of waiting? Consider yourself lucky that you don't have your period yet! Trust me :)
It can be normal to finish puberty in every other way, yet to not get your period until later. It is also normal to have discharge for a year or two before it actually starts.
I would only start to worry if you were 16 and still didn't have your period. In the meantime, just count your blessing, because getting your period sucks, and will suck for the next four decades of your life.

It happens to everyone at their own time. It will happen when your body is ready. You may be fully developed, but those are just signs as to what's going to come. So, hopefully, it will come soon.

Don't worry, it'll happen eventually.
My twin sister developed way before I did and I got my period before her (an entire year before - I was 10 yrs old) and my younger sister got hers before my twin sister.
So everyone is different and it'll happen soon enough.

Everyone has their own internal time clock. I was almost 14 when I got mine. And I was 41, when I had my last baby. Don't worry, nature will provide.
