Do you think McDonald's should be liable to pay the girl the 200 million she is seeking in a lawsuit? Do you think the people involved should have paid a higher penalty? (that idiot manager, her boyfriend, the other woman?) Do you think the guy put on trial was guilty and got off?

I think they owe her more than 200 mil. and that manager should be in PRISON she knew that was wrong and the boyfriend should have got a lot longer sentience and be labeled a sexual predator all of the people involved should have had the book thrown at them, and yes that man was guilty but a jury is a jury OJ knows that!

I don't know ALL the facts of the case, (such as I didn't know it went to court yet and who was actually on the phone) but I don't think McDonald's should be liable. How could they have possibly known that was going to happen?
I think the Donna Summer woman her boyfriend need something serious done to them. On the 20/20 interview I saw I wanted to punch that woman. What a liar! And the perv boyfriend. Come on. A cop is really gonna say to spank a 16 year old and to make her give him oral? Get real.
And I really must say I find it hard to believe that that girl seriously just stayed in that room for 2 hours??? What job (at McDonald's no less) is worth taking your clothes off for!

Yes to all of your questions, that bitchy manager needs her *** kicked! If I would have been working there with that girl I would have done it myself! That man knew damn well what he was doing was wrong, yeah the girl could have said no but she is a kid and was listening to adults who should not have done that ridiculous **** to begin with

I in simple terms caught the final area of it on 20/20. i'm very hesitant to have self assurance anybody in touch. interestingly to me that they are all in on it in order that they could all get a decrease of the lawsuit. I are waiting for it's going to on no account attain the courtroom room.

that whole thing is a confusing mess to me,,,,,from what i saw, the man didnt forcibily strip her, she followed his orders,,,,,,,,so then,,,, and yes i feel for her,,,,,,but what was she thinking??? if she was mentally slow, and they hired her as that,,,,,, and didnt protect her, then yes they should be sued for alot,,,,,,,if she isnt mentally slow,,,,, then i dont know what to think!! i think her and that manager should both have extensive counseling and perhaps hospitalization,,,,, she jumped up and down to see if anything fell out??? what were they thinking, that she had a hamburger up there?? if something was there it wouldnt fall out anyway,,,,,,,,,,as i said, if he held her down, ripped her clothes off,,,,,,etc, it would be different,,,,, i really just dont know what to think/say about it
