well, we are animals,,,, and have the characteristics of many of them,,,,we just monitor our instincts better, but i know what you mean, some people seem to handle things that way,,,,,, and others, might prefer to handle things better, but learn that to survive, they must be agressive,,which is simply a fact of life,,,,,,

It would not be correct to make such generalisations. Conflict handling and conflict resolution is a skill which can be acquired, honed and practised like any other professional skill. Some people are blessed with a nautral ability in this regard. At a lower level of education and maturity, some people do resort to violence, muscle power and gross selfishness when faced with conflict making their behaviour animal-like. However, such people should find no place in a civilized society.

People really are no more than just animals - biggest difference being that we have learned to use the resources around us better... Privalege of intelligence.
Seriously though, when you look at how two people handle a heated situation... two men fighting over the same girl... fighting over possession of land or something of value... we are exactly the same as two rams headbutting each other for an ewe or two orangutangs wrestling over a bannana...
Never forget we are made of flesh and hot blood and we have instincts just the same as any other creature on this earth.

You are right that people in greater numbers are now behaving selfishly.
Take for example, in my country the concept of "Neutral Caretaker Government" was adopted by the political parties by amending the constitution when Bangladesh National party (BNP) was at the end of their governance in 1996.
This system was the demand placed by one of the two major political party, "Awami League" (AL) and forced upon BNP whom AL could not trust to conduct "Free & Fair" General Election for the 300 Sweats of Members of Parliament, majority party (seat holders) eventually elect the new Prime Minister.
We could conduct last two elections under this unique system which can not be seen anywhere in the world. But on 27th October 2006 when the last Govt of BNP handed over power to the newly formed "Caretaker Government" for arranging to hold election within stipulated 90 days, the AL out of sheer jealousy and their survival started countrywide agitation and made numerous Strikes and 4 days of continuous "Blockade" on 4 different dates making total 16 days of virtual non-stop Strikes and crippled our economy as well as livelihood of poor people.
The new and frail Caretaker Govt had to bow down to the dirty-tricks and had to accept about 50% of the illogical demands of the AL, just because this beastly party could flex their muscle.
So, in modern days and with all the progress mankind has achieved, we can see that handling of conflict is resolved by the application of brute force where interaction or dialogue takes backseat.
Therefore, your assertion that sometimes people do act and behave like animals when they can get away with their heinous acts.

we simply forgot our original position. we, the living energy of god, is now struggling with the material senses. our orignial duty is to serve the supreme personality of godhead, but we are simply thinking that we are this body.
the living entity is covered by two different types of body, one is gross material body and another one is subtle body. the subtle body is mind, intelligence and false ego. the false ego is very strong. we are falsely thinking that we are this body and we will never die.
due to this egoness we are arguing and wants to prove that we are the best. once two people starts to think in the same way the conflict will start.
no religion will support this type of argument. just try to follow the scriptures (science of god). be patient always.

Animals: are what we are put on this planet to rise above. Animals do many things that are disagreeable to humans. Be a human being and preserve your dignity. No matter what others do.
