I'm 15, but I only have a 10 lb weight right now, I curled each arm with it 100 times, is that enough for right now? or should I do more?

That's way too many reps. What is happening is you are making the muscle stronger but also leaner. Lind of like a long distance runner. Plenty strong but small muscles. If you want to bet bigger arms then you have to get a heavier weight and only do 5-6 reps per set. make it heavy enough so that you can only curl it 5-6 times. Do this for 4-5 sets. Then stop. Wait two days and do it again. Within two weeks you will notice a much bigger arm muscle. Doing a light weight a million times makes muscles lean and smaller. Making a muscle do very hard work just a few times will make it grow big. This applies to every muscle in the body. For abs you want thousands of reps, everything else, heavy weight low reps.
