Even easier than that, call a local RE agent that specializes in leasing. Typically, tax records/real estate ownership is a matter of Public Record and agents have access to that information through their title company and/or MLS.
If you ask nicely, explain your situation, and find someone who is helpful, an agent can pretty quickly get you this information. And, they should be happy to help someone who may be able to refer them down the road!

You can find out the owner of in building or property by going to your city's (towns) Assessors (tax assessors) Office generally located at city hall.
It will cost $1 to $10 depending where you live.

Usually, you can go to the county appraisal district online, type in address, and it should show all details, including registered owner who pays taxes. Search on your browser say, Collin County Appraisal District - Texas.
