A friend and I want to throw a "bad, tacky holiday sweater" party at a bar, but can only think of trendy places that would frown upon our antics and shennanigans. What bars will be laid back and fun to act silly at? (And yes, we're over 21. Not drunk undergrads, just young-at-heart.)

Bigfoot Lodge in Los Feliz might work for you. It has a wood cabin decor that would work well with sweaters.

There's so many venues in Los Angeles. If you want to stay in downtown, try the Beauty Bar. If you're all ladies, ya'll could have lots of fun there.

try celadon on fairfax and third.
they have a really nice courtyard that has day beds and beds that you can book for a private party
