he got killed from akatsuki team and now shikamaru want to revenge..

He was killed by Hidan by using his curse jutsu to bind Asuma. Hidan takes his pike and impales himself also impaling Asuma. Hidan almost finishes off Asuma, but his backup, Chouji, and Ino came in to hepl him. They were about to fight but the Akatsuki leader appeared telepathically and called back Hidan and Kakuzu. Shikamaru says that Asuma has a faint heartbeat and they rush him back to Konoha. A few hours later, Asuma died in Konoha. He had a fiuneral, and Shikamaru takes up his smoking habits and has also learned how to use his trench knives.

akatsuki member Hidan used his jutsu[his skin turns black and where his bones are, are white marks] giving him the appearance of a grim reeper he then stands in his jutsu circle and hurts himself because he can't die and after hes licked the opponents blood any pain to Hidan affects the owner of the blood.Team 10 were chasing after him and his partner but asuma got killed from Hidans jutsu. Asuma dies smoking his last ciggy.Then he had a funeral which was a waste,his body worth 135millioin ryou

Assuming you're talking about Asuma from Naruto:
While fighting with two members of the Akatsuki, he is literally stabbed through the heart while trapped in the enemy's jutsu. He dies after the rest of Team 10 (Ino, Choji) shows up.

he was trapped by hidan's jutsu which connects the user's body to the enemy's in other words. when hidan stabs himself or inflicts any kind of wound, asuma will be affected as well. the only differnce is that hidan has somewhat 'god-like' abilities and no matter how many times he is injured he wont die, that includes being decapitated....so...eventually, asuma was killed cause hidan stabbed(himself) getit?

In the spirit of rampant unfounded speculation that the blogosphere loves, could knowledge, or even belief that Bin Laden is dead be a factor in the recent Musharref deal with tribal leaders.
