Sub-Saharan Africa is the region most affected. Closely followed by China.

I'm not sure about in China but Africa is most affected simply because of poor sex education.

I believe it is Africa, because they don't have condoms and have had no education on how to control aids. I may be wrong but I think Bush gave a lot of money and they tried to educate them on using condoms for prevention. They don't know anything about birth control and just keep passing down to each other .
