Most are spontaneous. Sometimes I will think of one and jot it down for later.

They just kind of come to me. Unless its a serious question(whch doesnt happen very often) I try to judge is this a question that will make people laugh. Is this a question that people would use their imagination to answer. Is this question going to offend anyone? Or is this question all good clean fun and nothing funny. I really hate when people make wisecracks on questions about suicide so I try to put is stupid questions that get people who dont answer serious questions nicely to answer my dumb questions.

I think about them, in my head, and then write them-- sometimes if i'm bored I'll just ask random questions. But mostly my questions have been thought out
