Depends on what browser you use.

For Internet Explorer, tools, internet options. Clear the history and cookies.
For Firefox, tools, options/preferences and then privacy. Clear the private data.

You can delete viewed sites by going to the history section of your browser and clicking clean. If you have firefox, you can delete all your old sites when you close the browser (its an option under the control panel).

Clear your history. This option can be found under the the tools tab/option.
Firefox - simply hold ctrl+shift+delete.

go to TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS, then go to GENERAL tab, click buttons, DELETE COOKIES and DELETE FILES.

or if you want to keep your coookies, just click DELETE FILES.
