To get attraction of the people you should wear white thin kurta with Jeans but without bra, if your cup shape is fairly grown,

for sleeveless t-shirt ...best is to have a skin tight under shirt over cup bra.

Simple...
When u wear sleeveless T- Shirt, don't wear Bra under T-Shirt, really it is in trand now a days...it's give a sexy look also...so just rock....
