Why can't girls skip stones?

I have skipped stones since I was a kid, Its very relaxing and fun. Me and my 5 year old boy like to skip stones (I am teaching him). Why would a girls not be able to skip stones, I always went by the saying ANYTHING BOYS CAN DO GIRLS CAN DO BETTER,

Well, the "woman" you saw was actually a drag queen. Women cannot urinate standing up, and since they don't have this sense of balance like we do...they can't skip stones. You have to have a penis to do this.
