It depends. Like on the first two days i wear the long with wings. There after i use the smaller ones. When I`m almost done i use the panty-liners.

It depends on your flow. If it dosen't fill up your undies try using lites or liners. If it does use regular, if it fills a regular pad in 6 mins., use supers or overnights which are good for sleeping in also. Thins are designed for the cycles that are not so bad. Like cycles that are in between regular & heavy or lite & regular.
