Pretty much every person whose not a recent immigrant to Britain will have celtic blood in them. They'll also have pictish, anglo-saxon, engel, norman, norse, gaulish, etc, etc. Anyone who says they can trace their family tree back to pure celtic blood is deluded. The different british, scandanavian, irish and european tribes all raided, raped and settled all over Britain over such an extended period (well over 1000 years) that every british person is a bit of a mongrel when it comes to bloodlines.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Do you mean people in England, or the whole of the United Kingdom? In any case, there were lots of groups besides just Angles and Saxons. There were Norman, Nordic, Celts, Gauls, and all sorts of clans and septs within these. There are probably not that many people that know for sure their family tree that far back, but certainly some royal families would. Also, you can pretty much assume that Scottish and Irish families contain non Anglo-Saxon ancestors.

As a lot of us have Scottish or Welsh or Irish ancestry along with English its very likely. The English race is made up of all kinds of people before and since Anglo-saxons invaded. They didn't take over even half of England so the far west and the north are more likely descended from the Celts too.
