In a word, No. The parts aren't interchangeable on the full size and S-10 Blazers. You need a lift kit designed to fit the smaller Blazer. Try this link: http://www.buddyandoscars.com/auto_parts_three.htm for kits to lift an S-10 Blazer.

Okay the answer is no unless you convert the IFS on the Blazer to a straight axle. Cost more money if you were to do this for you would have to buy a straight axle and a new driveshaft. The full size blazer also known as the K-5 runs leaf springs for the front and rear. The S-10 Blazer runs IFS (Independent Front Suspension) that consists of an upper and lower control arm with torsion bars. It runs the leaf springs in the rear, but the K-5's spring will be to long for the other blazer. You can pick up some lifts for the S-10 Blazer for a decent price. Don't for get if you decide to change your tires size that your speedometer will be off a little, and may run slower because of the energy that it takes to turn the bigger rubber.
