The present Queen Elizabeth was 25 years, 8 and a half months old when she became Queen in February 1952. Her Coronation ceremony was in June of the year after, 1953.

The first Queen Elizabeth was 25 years, 2 and a half months old when she became Queen in November 1558.

If you're talking about Queen Elizabeth I, she became queen in 1588 at the age of 25. If you meant Queen Elizabth II, she was 26 when she became queen in 1952.

Elizabeth II became Queen in 1952. She and her husband, Prince Phillip, were on a visit to Africa when her father, King George VI, died, on February 6. Technically, she became Queen on that day, but was not crowned until June of that year.
