Pre ejaculate seldom comes out with force like true ejaculate. It is usually expelled when a male of any age is sexually excited. Often it happens without an erection. To the boy it feels like something burning is going through his penis. If you rub your fingers over the head it feels slippery. With a boy under the age of puberty that is all that happens except that he will usually manipulate his penis usually achieving an erection. During adolescence the boy will usually head for a bathroom or secluded area to finish the job while he is still in the mood.

It depends on what sexual act you are doing... If its during sex then no unless you notice you getting really wet and not feeling good. If this is a round about way of asking if he can pull out and you be safe then no. But during pretty much anything else you can tell its just clear and few drops.... YES!!! I know from experience, I have a husband and it is clear and slimy, then when they ejaculate it is white and liquid like then it gets sticky and dry.
