What makes me ... ME! Is that I do what come to mind and I say what I want to say. I don't care if I'm wrong if you think I'm wrong I'm right in my own state of Mind.
I'm Brazilian, I like soccer... very stereotypical. I also Love to help others and be humble... most of the time. In the USA, I find people are more worried about their Ipod and not the world around them. I am a pretty calm and 'emo' person.

Therein lies the question, though, for who is YOU? Humans say "My mind is playing tricks on me". Well, who is this ME that the mind is playing tricks on? People believe that their personalities and behaviors shape them, but what it is that makes you you is the belief of the self deep within the brain. Essentially, it is the soul that makes you you. Of course there is no substantial proof that a soul even exists, but there is still the belief that as long as the mental functions of your brain generate an idea of the existence of the Self, then You is impartial to the meaning of your shaping. You is You, but who is You if You can't believe that You exist as You in Your brain? Think about that one eh?
What makes me? Environmental and cultural factors that affect the shaping of Me. Society shapes Me. Government shapes Me. Belief shapes Me. I shape Me. That is all there is to it.

In order to answer that question, I think that you need to ask what would have to change about myself before I became something other than me.
I think people change a great deal through life, and they really shouldn't consider themselves the same person that they were. I think that personality, intelligence, kindness, and interests make us who we are.

My name, my personality, my lifestyle, my friends, my family, my beliefs, my hope, my care, my dedication, my clothes, me mind, my body, my soul, my life.
Everything i know, Everyone i know, Everthing i do all add up to what makes me me. I'm simply me because i choose to be me, but also the people around you shape you into who u are, because you learn from others, but also they learn from you, and thats one of the reasons why if you go to s certain neighbor hood most fo the people from that neighborhood all act the same.
And thats what makes me me.
