i have a project on peperrs i need to know hot harvest it and other things

Google it! Do an Internet search on "peppers" and start looking.
Hint: go to the public library and read up!
There are many, many kinds of peppers out there - bell peppers, jalapenos, habaneros, &c. Ask the greengrocer at your local market to tell you about the kinds he (or she) has in the market.
Look in cookbooks for descriptions (also available at the library)
Ask the person you are doing the project for how to begin!

You can do a search on any search engine like yahoo, google, dogpile or something like that. You can also go to encarta.msn.com or foodnetwork.com and search like that.
