I liked the original Carrie movie starring Sissy Spacek better.

I like the original movie"Carrie" with Sissy Spacek way better than the TV version. No comparison!

Carrie with Sissy Spacek was better a lot better than the other one. They should leave some movies alone and don't even bother remaking them.

The one with Sissy Spacek is a classic horror film. It is much better that the new one. Sissy Spacek personified Carrie very well.

The Original Carrie was much better. I did not like the 2002 one. But, the book was better than both of the movies. Steven King is the best writer.

I prefer the Parallel Universe version with Carrie Fisher in the lead role.
But Sissy would have made a horrible Princess Leia!

I loved the first Carrie. I remember seeing that at the theater. The end scared the crap out of everyone, no one was expecting that hand to come up at the end. That was one of the first scary movies that I really remember and the start of Stephen King.

I saw it when it first came out. At that time some theaters had chair backs that rocked. At the end of the movie, when Amy Irving is 'dreaming' about putting flowers at the White House, every occupied seat nearly flattened!

The original "Carrie" is the best. The Horror industry has run out of ideas so they are "Redoing" the classics. Tx. Chainsaw Massacre, Hills Have Eyes, AmittyVille Horror, etc........
