There was a very similar scene in the Jim Carey/Jeff Daniels movie "Dumb and Dumber", but I wouldn't be suprised if it appeared in other movies too.
Mary: So you'll pick me up tonight at seven forty-five?
Harry: Well I got a few things to take care of. So how about we make it quarter to eight?
Mary: [Laughs] Stop it
Harry: Okay. Seven forty-five

I have seen half baked a million times and it isn't in that movie. I have heard it in the movie Dumb and Dumber.
