The black on the front seal is a type of mold. It can be cleaned with diluted bleach. Leaving the door cracked open when not in use will help. The noise however may be the drain pump. Check to make sure the cleanout is empty by removing the lower panel and unscrewing the pump cleanout. Note. please unplug washer and put a bucket under the cleanout as there will be some water.

Also make sure you are using the "HE" detergent.
Using regular detergent, even if cutting the amount, still produces extra sudsing. The rear drum seal/bearing was not designed to deal with heavy suds and will fail prematurely, which can cause a noisy spin condition.
